Introducing MyUpMonitor — Uptime monitoring that respects your time
When your website goes down at 3am, every second counts. The difference between a 30-second alert and a 5-minute alert can mean thousands in lost revenue and a flood of angry support tickets.
We built MyUpMonitor because we experienced this firsthand. The tools we used were either too expensive for what they offered, too slow to alert, or so noisy with false positives that we started ignoring them.
What we built
MyUpMonitor is a focused uptime monitoring platform with three core features:
Multi-protocol monitoring — HTTP, TCP, DNS, and SSL certificate checks. Not just "is the site up?" but "is the SSL cert expiring?" and "is DNS resolving correctly?" We check as frequently as every 15 seconds on our Enterprise plan.
Smart alerting — Email, Slack, Discord, Telegram, and webhook notifications. But more importantly, we use retry logic before declaring a service down. Three consecutive failures with configurable retry delays — not a single transient timeout — before we wake you up.
Status pages — Beautiful, hosted status pages with custom domains. Your customers can see what's happening without flooding your support inbox. Subscribers get notified automatically when incidents are created or resolved.
What makes us different
We're honest about what we are: a small team building a focused tool. We don't claim to have "AI-powered" anything. We don't have 47 integrations. We do uptime monitoring, we do it well, and we charge a fair price for it.
Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. If it's not right for you, just stop using it — no cancellation hoops.
Getting started
Sign up, add a URL, and you'll have your first monitor running in under 60 seconds. We're not exaggerating — the onboarding flow is three steps.
We'd love your feedback. Reach out at support@myupmonitor.com or through the contact page.
